Project Cars 2 delete and modifies system keys from registry. Uninstalling LGS and cleaning registry only works until you start Project Cars again. For most games this is not an issue however, the Codemasters F1 and Dirt games lose most of their force feedback. PCars 2 had an issue where it would change the registry values for the logitech G29/920's of the world.
